Dietary requirements must be confirmed 24 hours prior to event. Please note that we may not be able to cater for dietary requests given with late notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION, FINAL NUMBERS & CANCELLATIONS:
This form is treated as a booking request only. A reservation will be confirmed where availability allows only once the form is filled out in completion and returned via email. Reservation requests cannot be guaranteed; as such we recommend completing this form and returning it as soon as possible to secure your preferred booking.

TIMING
Lazy-Su will not be held responsible should all guests not be punctual in arriving, being seated or if any other interference beyond the control of the restaurant does not permit us to commence service at the reserved time. Please note that your out by time must be adhered to unless otherwise arranged. We recommend arriving as close to your booking time as possible.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE
A credit card is required as a guarantee against the reservation; and is only charged in the event of a booking no show, or where lesser numbers than the confirmed amount of people are reached.

Payment for any food or beverage charges to the table can be made in person at the end of the meal by credit card or cash. Please note that a American Express attracts at 1.5% surcharge of the total bill, and 2.5% for Diners.

SPLIT BILLS
We accept split bills via cash or credit card. If your group would like to pay via split payment, please advise your waiter. To assist us in making the payment of your table quicker and more streamlined, a copy of the bill will be provided to your table at the end of the meal. We ask that all guests check the bill, and let our staff member know exactly what items and total amount they would like to pay for.
